When will I receive my Member Token?
Members who select the member token as their membership fulfillment choice will receive an email with instructions and details approximately three weeks after purchasing a 2026 membership.
What can I redeem my token on?
Tokens can be redeemed for a range of 2026 member items. Please create and/or log in to your Devils Den account with the same email associated with your membership to access Member exclusive items.
Can I use my Token in store?
No, tokens can only be used online.
Do I need to be logged into my account to access the exclusive Member products if purchasing online?
Yes, this will allow you to see the exclusive member products in the shop online.
Once you are ready to make your purchase, you will be able to type your token code into the Coupon Code section in your cart.
To add multiple token codes to one transaction, add them individually pressing Apply each time.
Please note that you will need to create a Devils Den store account - this is different to your membership account.
Will I still receive my 10% member discount if I use my token?
Your 10% discount will not apply to the exclusive Member range but it will be applied across any other items online.
My Member token is not working. What shall I do?

Does my Devils Den member token expire?
Yes, Devils Den member token issued with a 2026 VFL/VFLW membership will expire on 31 August 2026.
